  • Referrer URL
  • Hostname of the accessing computer

This website uses the open-source web analytics service Matomo. Matomo uses technologies that enable the cross-site recognition of the user for the analysis of user behavior (e.g., cookies or device fingerprinting). The information collected by Matomo about the use of this website is stored on our server. The IP address is anonymized before storage.

Using Matomo, we are able to collect and analyze data on the usage of our website by its visitors. This allows us to determine, among other things, when specific page views occurred and from which region they originate. Additionally, we capture various log files (such as IP address, referrer, used browsers, and operating systems) and can measure whether our website visitors perform certain actions (such as clicks, purchases, etc.).

The use of this analytics tool is based on Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (DGDPR). The website operator has a legitimate interest in analyzing user behavior to optimize both the website offering and advertising. If consent has been requested, processing occurs exclusively based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR and § 25(1) of the Telemedia Act (TTDSG), to the extent that the consent includes the storage of cookies or access to information on the user’s device (e.g., device fingerprinting) in accordance with the TTDSG. Consent can be revoked at any time.

Deactivate Matomo

You can prevent actions performed here from being analyzed and linked by unchecking this checkbox. This will protect your privacy but will also prevent the owner from learning from your actions and improving usability for you and other users.

IP Anonymization: In the analysis with Matomo, we use IP anonymization. This means that your IP address is shortened before analysis, so that it is no longer uniquely assignable to you.

Hosting: We host Matomo exclusively on our own servers, so all analysis data remains with us and is not passed on.

Facebook Plugins (Like Button)

Our pages integrate plugins from the social network Facebook, provider Facebook Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, California 94025, USA. The Facebook plugins can be recognized by the Facebook logo or the “Like” button on our site. An overview of the Facebook plugins can be found here:

Facebook receives the information that you have visited our site with your IP address. If you click the Facebook “Like” button while logged into your Facebook account, you can link the content of our pages to your Facebook profile. This allows Facebook to associate the visit to our pages with your user account. We point out that we, as the provider of the pages, have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by Facebook. For more information, please refer to Facebook’s privacy policy at

If you do not want Facebook to associate your visit to our pages with your Facebook user account, please log out of your Facebook user account.

Our website uses plugins from the Google-operated YouTube page. The operator of the pages is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you visit one of our pages equipped with a YouTube plugin, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. This informs the YouTube server which of our pages you have visited.

If you are logged into your YouTube account, you enable YouTube to directly associate your surfing behavior with your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.

For more information on how user data is handled, please refer to YouTube’s privacy policy:

SSL Encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as requests you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, and objection. For this purpose and for further questions regarding personal data, you can contact us at any time at the address given in the imprint.

IP Anonymisation

F/LIST uses the function “Activation of IP anonymisation” on this website. This means that your IP address is shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

The relationship with the web analytics provider is based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision C(2016) 4176 (EU-US: “Privacy Shield”).

The data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG as well as Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the DSGVO.

It is a concern of F/LIST, in the sense of the DSGVO (legitimate interest), to continuously improve the offer and the website. Since the privacy of the users is important to F/LIST, the user data is pseudonymised.

By using a tracking code from Albacross Nordic AB, in short “Albacross”, F/LIST improves its lead management service for companies that visit the F/LIST website and are interested in what F/LIST has to offer. By using this code, a cookie is set on your device, which is processed by Albacross. In particular, your IP address is collected as part of the anonymisation already carried out by Google Analytics and used in combination with technical parameters to fundamentally differentiate between visitors.

In doing so, Albacross acts in accordance with the GDPR, as it primarily identifies companies and not individuals who have visited the website. More detailed information can be found at: LINK
